He is the Director of the Centre for Instructional Support at the Faculty of Applied Science at University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver, Canada. This extensive resource discusses how to use teams properly, ensure student readiness, promote problem solving, and make student accountable. It includes a variety of resources including videos.
